1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Satmarga.org (the “Site”). This website and all associated operations, including the Sat-Print Project, are owned, operated, and managed by the Satmarga Foundation.

By accessing this Site, making a financial donation (online or offline), purchasing charity merchandise, or engaging with our volunteer initiatives, you agree to comply with and be bound legally by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of our platform and operations immediately.

2. Non-Profit Mission & Legal Entity

Satmarga Foundation is a registered non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of Denmark:

• Mission: Advocating righteous living through selfless service.

Our digital platform and physical pop-ups facilitate community fundraising, volunteering, and charity sales. All funds received—whether via online “Drop Coin” initiatives, direct bank transfers, physical cash donations, or proceeds from our fundraising shop—are allocated unconditionally to direct community programs (including Food Share, Medical Aid, Garment drives, Animal care, and Disaster relief) without any administrative deductions.

3. Donation & “Drop Coin” Policy (Online and Offline)

• Multi-Channel Giving: We accept voluntary contributions through our online platform, direct bank transfers, and physical cash contributions collected during in-person community drives or authorized local events.

• Authorized Cash Handover: To protect the foundation, physical cash donations must only be handed directly to authorized representatives of the Satmarga Foundation. The foundation accepts no liability for cash left unattended or given to unauthorized third parties.

• Unconditional & Non-Refundable: All pure donations, regardless of whether they are processed online or collected via physical cash, are entirely voluntary, unconditional, and legally considered non-refundable gifts.

• Accounting & Accountability: For physical cash donations, an official receipt will be issued upon request, provided the donor shares a valid email address or contact information. All cash received is strictly logged into our financial accounting to ensure transparency. 

4. Charity Sales & Merchandise (“Sat-Print”)

• Through our Sat-Print Project, we sell branded and thematic merchandise (such as t-shirts, mugs, and frames) online and at offline events to raise income for our charitable programs.

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our platform are listed in Danish Kroner (kr. / DKK) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Proceeds Allocation: Net profits generated from the sale of items through Sat-Print are treated strictly as fundraising income and flow directly into our community programs.

  • Online Purchases & Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Danish consumer protection laws (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive standard merchandise purchased online. To exercise this right, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Custom-Printed Items: Please note that if an item is custom-printed dynamically or bespoke manufactured upon your specific request, the 14-day right of withdrawal is void once production has begun.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product (online or offline), please get in touch with us within 14 days at contact@satmarga.org with your order details and a photograph of the defect. We will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Offline Sales: All physical merchandise sales conducted in person at pop-ups, drives, or live events are considered final upon handover, except in cases of hidden manufacturing defects.

5. Payment Security & Data Privacy

• Transaction Encryption: For all online donations and merchandise purchases, we utilize secure, encrypted third-party payment processors.

• Data Restriction: No personal financial details (such as credit card numbers or bank account credentials) are processed, stored, or held on our servers. Any contact details provided during checkout are used strictly for order fulfilment or for issuing receipts, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, product designs, custom artwork, logos, graphics, images, video clips, and materials on this Site (including the specific print designs featured under the Sat-Print Project) are the exclusive property of the Satmarga Foundation or its content creators and are protected by Danish and international copyright laws.

• You may view, download, and print content from this Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, design duplication, modification, distribution, or redistribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct and Volunteer Engagement

If you interact with our “Skills Share” initiatives, volunteer portals, or physical community projects, you agree to:

• Act with respect, integrity, and compassion, upholding the core values of the Satmarga Foundation.

• Provide truthful and accurate information regarding your skills, qualifications, or identity.

• Refrain from uploading, posting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes upon the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Satmarga Foundation strives to provide accurate information and high-quality merchandise. However, our digital platforms and physical operations are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Satmarga Foundation, its board, directors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, its merchandise, or participation in our physical community initiatives.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site contains links to external websites, social platforms, and payment gateways that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, consumer disputes, or proceedings related to the foundation’s operations or merchandise sales shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
